Inspection Fees
The inspection fees may vary based on the size of the house, or the complexity of the building/project. We will be presenting an inspection agreement prior to performing the service.
The acceptable payment methods are cash, cheque, etransfer, Visa or Master card, whatever way works best for you.
Residential Inspection
A detailed assessment of the property, such as the roof, plumbing, electrical system, HVAC, and structural components. Identifies visible defects, safety concerns, and potential maintenance issues, providing the client with a clear understanding of the conditions and any recommended repairs or monitoring.
No extra charge for infrared thermal imaging. We perform infrared thermal scans whenever and wherever necessary. You can also request a thermal scan if you believe it's needed.
Up to 1200 sqft : $525.00
1200 sqft - 1600 sqft : $550.00
1600 sqft - 2000 sqft : $575.00
Over 2000 sqft : Contact us for a quote.
The listed fees may vary for a house built before the 1950s.
Stand-alone infrared thermal imaging : $250.00
