The inspection fees may vary based on the size of the house, or the complexity of the building/project. We will be presenting an inspection agreement prior to performing the service.
The acceptable payment methods are e-transfer, cheque, or cash.
Residential Inspection
Up to 1200 sqft : $525.00
1200 sqft - 1600 sqft : $550.00
1600 sqft - 2000 sqft : $575.00
Over 2000 sqft : Contact us for a quote.
Crawlspace: $25.00-$50.00 addition to the selected inspection fee.

Home Maintenance Consultation
Exterior Maintenance Consultation: $165.00
Interior Maintenance Consultation: $165.00
Exterior & Interior Maintenance Consultation: $300.00
Crawlspace: $25.00-$50.00 addition to the selected consultation fee.

Single (including Thermal Imaging) or Multiple items Inspection
A focused assessment of one or more specific components of a property to identify defects, safety issues, and maintenance needs.
