Frank Tian Gao
With extensive experience as an on-site project manager in China, Frank has developed deep expertise in residential and commercial construction. Upon relocating to Canada, he joined the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors and completed the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Training Program. Now a Registered Home Inspector, Frank has conducted over 1,500 inspections since 2018. He takes pride in educating clients during inspections, and offering practical advice on home maintenance. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, Frank bridges cultural and linguistic gaps to better serve his diverse clientele. He has been taking over the ownership of House Review since 2025.
Dan Engbrecht
Dan is a Registered Home Inspector who has been involved in the home inspection industry since 2007. In 2012 he joined House Review and took full ownership of the company in 2013. He has passed the baton to Frank since 2025.
Dan is a Registered Home Inspector and has experience with the Federal Eco Energy Program as a Certified Energy Consultant with Manitoba Hydro. Dan is a graduate of the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection training program and a Level 1 Certified Infrared Thermographer, he is an active member of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors and has inspected thousands of homes.
Dan enjoys meeting customers and helping to educate them about the house they are interested in. He feels it is important to highlight the positive qualities in a house, not just areas of concerns.
